Athena is a women's empowerment group. For over 20 years, we've been fast-tracking women in STEM through leadership development. What's exciting about that is our new goal is to widen the bridge to empower one million women leading in STEM by 2030. With that vision, Athena awards annual scholarships to young women pursuing STEM degrees. Investing in the future of the STEM workforce is just one way Athena is working to achieve gender equality.
